keep people and businesses out of bankruptcy if we can. If necessary, we only
recommend they fie the bankruptcy if that is their only option available..

Their Chief
Negotiation Attorney has over a decade of experience. He managed a debt
collection firm for quite some time. He was also the past president of the PA
Debt Collectors Association. He now uses his vast knowledge from the creditor
perspective to help debtors. I like to describe it as the wolf now guarding the
